H.A.L. is just another way to access your accounts anytime 24 hours a day seven days a week. You can use the convenience of your phone to retrieve all your account information.

H.A.L. is intuitive and will know all of your savings, checking and loan accounts that you have attached to your account number. Listen for the prompts and you will find that you can get all the information you need.

With H.A.L. you can:

• Check balances
• Access account history
• Review cleared checks
• Transfer funds and make loan payments within accounts
• Transfer across other member’s authorized accounts (Set up with credit union required*)
• View year-to-date tax info

Automated phone "teller" talks you through each transaction.

• First time users must contact the credit union to be set up on H.A.L. and receive an initial access PIN
• If you enter a wrong PIN 3 times or more, the account will be blocked (please contact the credit union at 228-1614 to remove the block)
• Transactions conducted through H.A.L. are posted immediately, except during weekends and non business hours
• Account access through voice activation or touch tone phone
• Press "0" once logged into H.A.L. to contact a credit union representative to assist you
